This mission includes: the establishment and control of proper hiring, compensation and termination practices; establishment and review of an effective evaluation program; coordination, monitoring and review of insurance plans for health care, worker's compensation and retirement. To provide a professional resource, on all personnel matters, for the County's elected officials and department heads. To provide coordination for human resource projects within the community. |
