RIO BLANCO COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
MEEKER, COLORADO


A scheduled meeting of the Rio Blanco County Planning Commission was held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rio Blanco County Administration Building in Meeker, Colorado.

Chairman, Tim Winkler called the meeting to order.

Three members of the Commission were present: Tim Winkler, Travis Day, and Clint Chappell. These members constitute a quorum. Other parties are listed on the attached roster.


Rezoning 09-4 - Don Valentine

Leif Joy was present to answer questions regarding Rezoning 09-4.

Michelle Burke presented the application.

The applicant is proposing to rezone an approximate 48-acre parcel from Ag to Moderate Industrial (I), located in Townships 1 & 2 N, Ranges 96 & 97 W, Sections 1, 6, & 36, 6th P.M., near the intersection of CR 5 and State Hwy 64.

Clint Chappell made a motion to approve Rezoning 09-4 with no conditions.

Travis Day seconded the motion.

Roll call vote: Travis Day (yes), Clint Chappell (yes), Tim Winkler
yes).

No further business Tim Winkler moved to adjourn the meeting.
