a. Energy Performance Contract between Rio
Blanco County and Ennovate Corporation for the
purpose of the sale and installation of
certain energy and water saving equipment and
other services designed to save energy and reduce
related costs for certain property and buildings
owned by Rio Blanco County. Amount of grant
$538,702.00

b. Approval request to submit Energy & Mineral
Assistance grant application to Department of Local
Affairs for two sub-standard structures and critical safety improvements at MP 11 & 12 on CR 5. Request in the amount of 1 million with a match of 1.3 million from
RBC Impact Fees- total project 2.3 M.

c. Contract Modification Order #2 on the 2009 Rangely
Landfill Reclamation Project with Bolton Construction
Company . Increase in cost of project $541.45

d. Grant Award and Agreement from the Area on Aging or the White River Roundup Program: Amount
$45,500.00
