Where do I vote?
Your precinct number and polling place are listed on the voter information slip you received when you registered to vote. If this is not available, please call our office for the information (970) 878-9460. You may vote at the polling place in your precinct [See Polling Places], by absentee ballot [See Absentee Voting], or by early ballot [See Early Voting Information]. For elections conducted by mail ballot, ballots will be mailed to all active electors.
How do I change my address on the voter records?
If you change your address you need to change your voter record. You may download the change form [See Change Form] , complete all applicable areas of the form and mail to County Clerk, PO Box 1067, Meeker, CO 81641; or you may complete the change in person at the Meeker or Rangely offices.
What happens if I make a mistake on my ballot?
If you make a mistake on your ballot return it to the election judges and they will issue you a new ballot. You can have up to two replacement ballots. If you make a mistake on an absentee ballot, call our office (970) 878-9460 for instructions.
What type of Identification do I need at the polls?
The most common form of Identification is a Colorado driver's license or Colorado ID. If you do not have either of these please call the County Clerk & Recorder for more options. (970) 878-9460 or check hereto see Colorado's list of accepted forms of ID.
