Board meetings are typically once per quarter and as needed.
Environmental or behavioral science background or a health/medicine background
Able to attend a minimum of four (4) meetings per year
Able to provide content and technical guidance for jurisdictional enforcement and public health steering
About the Board
The Public Health Board is comprised of the three (3) Commissioners (voting members) and three (3) appointed members (non-voting).
In Accordance with the Colorado Public Health Act of 2008, C.R.S. 25-1-501 et seq. The Public Health Board utilizes science-based strategies to promote the health of the community; prevent disease, injury and premature death; and respond to environmental threats and emergencies that could impact human health.
